Fusion 360 will not save motion link preferences

Hi, here attached two versions of design

v19 consist version when motion link realised correctly, but when open link preferences and save it without any editing it stops working correctly it seems that fusion is changing preferences when we open it and we can't see the current.

v23  consist version when motion link can't save preferences as i need
