Fusion 360 will not open browser to login

Idk if anyone has solved this or not.  But I really need help.  I download Fusion 360, installed it, and when opening it up, it as me to sign in.  I hit the sign button no window comes up to prompt me to sign in on the browsers or anything.   I saw all the old solutions and none of them worked or made sense.  Especially the Register Editor one.  So now I'm cooked and have no idea whats wrong nor how to fix it.  Please appropriate solutions only.

@hansfordCom Will you be able to provide log files for us ?

1. Go to add/remove program
2. Select Fusion - modify
3. Will launch service utility
4. Run gather system info
5. Attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

@hansfordCom Thank you for the logs. There is an updated Autodesk Identity manager in this article - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/7zbgTemIhA3ltRs4eACL0g.html Can you please update to it and tell us if this problem goes away?

@hansfordCom @Is Fusion the only Autodesk product on your machine or are you having any other products installed ?

1. You mentioned none of old solutions worked for you , was changing the default browser one of them?

2. Was uninstalling Webviewer2 and reinstalling another tried solution?

3. if in your add/remove programs you have Autodesk Identity manager installed can you please uninstall and launch Fusion?

@hansfordCom I am asking our engineering team for help as well.

This is what you can do for WebViewer2

1. Go to add/remove program
2. if Edge web viewer is installed - uninstall it
3. Install again from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download

@hansfordCom @The team is asking to revisit and install using option 2.

if the task manager has identity manager running close it and then try the standalone install.

1. I assume you mean you installed Webview2 and no change.

2. When you mentioned you tried the RegistryKey there are two of them but can you try this one please?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options - If you see ADSKIdentityManager anything delete it and try again?
