Fusion 360 will not launch on your device running older applications or OS versions

Hello Support

 

I use Fusion 360 for some time now, for personal purposes (mainly to create models for 3D print).

 

I'm getting a red banner "Fusion 360 will not launch on your device running older applications or OS versions".

 

Job Status indicates and an incomplete update. So I guess that is the reason for the banner. My internet connection is fine so I'm sending you the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log hoping you can provide instructions to fix the problem.

@juanNZ948 Do you run multiple accounts on this machine? The logs shows that it is trying to update and find a particular user account and seems like it cannot find it. The quickly and easier solution here is to reinstall the product and that should automatically put you in the latest version.

Hello @RajkumarIlanchelian. As far as I know it's only one account. OS is Windows 10 22H2.

I'll try the reinstall.
