Fusion 360 will not connect to an active internet connection.

Hello,  I have been using Fusion 360 for some time and have had no problems with my online access.  For two days, I have not been able to get Fusion 360 to connect to the internet.  I have 360 installed on a windows 7 pro, 64-dit machine.  I am including the diagnostic file.  Thank you for any help you can render.

I've never been using Fusion 360. I am Win7 64bit user. I started my download (Fusion 360) yesterday morning and for some reason it is not yet finished. 

Is that normal? If not, there might be some kind of server-problem?

Update: I just discovered this post:

Could this be the same Problem?
