Fusion 360 White Screen with Splash missing

I am trying to boot up Fusion 360 after several months of not using it. When I load up the software, I get a small flash of the UI I would expect, but before I can do anything is goes to the white screen with some of the logo missing; like the splash screen is interfering with the render. The screenshot is attached.

I've added some of the NEUTRON and GT environment variables from other posts, but nothing has seemed to work.

Not sure what's going on here, but a clean uninstall / reinstall is worth a try: How to perform an automatic clean uninstall of Autodesk ...

Thanks. Did the clean uninstall, but I'm now having an issue with our firewall not allowing the new install. Need to work with my networking team to figure out why. Couldn't find any Autodesk reason why, unless I'm missing something.
