Fusion 360 Versioning Bug?

Hi All,

I recently updated to Fusion 2.0.13615 on Windows 10 Pro, however, on closing and reopening Fusion, I revert to version 2.0.13168, which means I get error messages on my more recent files. If I reset fusion using the service utility, the about page shows v2.0.13615 until I restart fusion , at which point it reverts to 2.0.13168 again. I have included screenshots of the relevant pages and messages. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it permanently? I can work around if for now, but its inconvenient having to reset fusion every time I start the software.

Thanks for the help!

Have you ever installed Fusion Insider builds?

Can you please gather diagnostic logs from this machine and email to me? phil dot eichmiller @ autodesk dot com.

Hi Phil,

I just sent the logs. I have not installed any insider builds that I can recall.

Thanks,

Matthew

Thank you for sharing log file. Could you please restart PC and check you still have the same issue? Some reason, there is unexpected additional process is running and blocking cleanup after update.

Dooyoul.

Hi Dooyoul,

I restarted my PC, opened Fusion, and was still on v2.0.13168, but when I closed and reopened Fusion, again, the update was installed properly. I no longer have the issue. That was a good suggestion! Thanks!
