Fusion 360 unable to opem

I am using fusion for past few months, Today when I tried to open Fusion,it showed an error 'sufficient data not found to switch to offline mode. Please login to your a360 account to continue' and when clicked OK button it shows another error showing me to connect to internet to login (Screenshots attached). even when I am connected to Internet. This isn't the first time for me having  network issues with Fusion, previously when I installed Fusion for the first time on an proxy server with authentication, I could not sign in, after looking at some threads I had done some changes in the internet options adding exceptions to bypass but got no result. Then i installed VPN, Fusion then worked well untill now. But today even when the vpn was still on, it showed this error and I can't open fusion. And other thing is that, other Autodesk services such as Autodesk Application manager, A360 Desktop, Screeencast are working well on our college proxy server, but  Fusion is not working on it,so I am using a seperate vpn for Fusion, today it too went wrong, Please help me in resolving this, and also please guide me running fusion on proxy servers with authentication if also possible without using vpn

Hi,

I assume you are connected to proxy servers probably to ur college. I too faced problems with my college proxy server. Try  disconnecting your college proxy and use other Internet options like  connecting to Mobile Hotspot or USB Tethering or Wifi for the first time to login into Fusion and then you can enter the proxy settings like address and port inside the preference tab. and then you can use your college proxy. Let me know if this works. I will let u know other workaround
