Fusion 360 - Unable to activate license for personal use

Hi There,

I downloaded fusion 360 for personal use version on my laptop for the first time. When i log in it shows that i am in trial period rather than personal use mode.

I read the posts on this forum and cleared the cache memory, restarted the application and logged back in but it still shows i am in trial mode.

I have tried to reinstall the application and it still does the same.

Could you please advise how i can activate the license for personal use ?

The Fusion 360 Personal License begins with a 30 day full subscription license.  It will switch when it expires.  It is Autodesk’s method of advertising hoping you will like the full version enough to purchase a full subscription.  This also will probably reoccur after a year when you renew your Personal license.

I'm having issues contacting anyone and following the purchase of an annual license, my account/status is still in "Personal" status (unable to save files in needed formats). I've spent hours reading through the help pages and trying the listed solutions and they are not working. Are you able to help or maybe point me in the right direction to get help?
-Status did not automatically update
-When app starts, there is no prompt to enter a license number
-Under account management, there is nowhere to update license info
-Tried downloading again hoping to be prompted for a license #... NOPE!
