FUSION 360 trial period has ended statement

Cannot log onto my account states that my subscription has ended and it has not.

I can access my preferences but the fusion 360 dashboard is not there...

However, could you please share more details about the issue you are talking about. maybe a picture would help. 

 

Also, FYI.. Fusion 360 Trial stands for 30 days. and it is expected to show expire warning post that.

I had a trial period then purchased FUSION 360 about 6 months ago....... I discussed the problem with support and they suggested I uninstall Fusion 360 then reinstall. I did this and all seems to be working fine now. Happy User again!!!

I am a retired educator. When I was teaching I use Autodesk software free as an educator. I am currently substituting for the same district and school I retired from. The first time I downloaded Fusion I downloaded the 30 day free trial. After the trial ended I took advantage of free use if an educator. want to use Fusion as a hobby making 3d prints for friends and family. I still get the same message when I open the software, "Your trial period has ended" How can I get rid of the message?
