Fusion 360 subscription not working

Hi all
I was on a trial and now subscribed to Fusion 360 for 12 months. I closed/ restarted 360 as well as signing out and back in. I am still getting the (Personal - Not for Commercial Use) How to fix this?

When you log into your Autodesk Account, do you see your active subscription? If you do not know where to look, click on Product and Services and look in the list to find your Fusion 360 license.  If you do see the license, then you may want to try this solution.

Hi

I logged in and yes the recently purchased subscription is showing up on my account. I downloaded the reset tool, extracted it and ran the tool. Opened up Fusion 360 which asked me to sign in and unfortunately I am still getting the (Personal - Not for Commercial Use).

I say you downloaded and ran the Reset Tool.  You did not say you followed the steps outlined in the instructions.  If you did, you will have to wait for an Autodesk Representative to help you out.
