Fusion 360 student not working

I was trying to start up my educational license but It does not work it just says term expired, I have been trying to verify for almost a month but it just says that my request is being processed & that I have to wait. I have tried everything from restarting to waiting to reinstalling but it does not work. I have contacted the support already but I didn't get any helpful information from them, I have contacted them again but am still waiting for a reply. I currently can't save or 3D print anything & I need it for school projects!

Hi @ogriffin22

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your educational license! Have you tried the solution in this link to troubleshoot: "Term has Expired" or "Usage Limits Exceeded" message appears in Fusion 360? Hope it helps.

Sorry to hear that. I've followed up with our Fusion 360 experts and they will take a look at this. Thanks for your patience!

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting.  Sorry to hear that trouble persisted for such a long time.

Just to check - have you tried to do a clean-uninstall using the automatic cleaner tool? - this link details how to do an automatic clean uninstall.  Then download a fresh installer by selecting Download Free Trial on this web page - Fusion has been updated to "2.0.4358" yesterday.

You would please follow steps to activate in How to activate Start-up, Student or Educational licensing.

Can you please manually collecting the Diagnostic log files for Fusion?  This web page guides how to manually collect the log files.  Once you have them zipped up, please post them here.  It would be helpful to investigate this!

I'm also wondering which email address is using to sign in Fusion.  Is this the same with one posting in this thread?

Did you try to access your A360 dashboard with the Autodesk account associated with that email address?  If you were unable to sign in your A360 dashboard, please let me know.  I'm sorry for asking you many questions!

Thanks.

Ok thanks for helping, I have tried reinstalling a bit ago but since the new update is out I will reinstall as long as it doesn't wipe my previous projects. I have already gone through the 'how to activate student account' manual a number of times. Yes the email I am using is the one I am using to post. I have got the diagnostic files so I will post them.

Thanks again.

Never-mind I went to my school IT & they just signed me up for a non-commercial use license instead of a student license, but thanks for all of the help anyway.

I'm having a issue with trying to get fusion to recognize I have a student account. Here is what my Account looks like and what I see in Fusion

When i click on fusion 360 for educational use. it asks me to sign in, which i do and then it recognizes my student account and lets me download it. I have downloaded it uninstalled and redownloaded it many times on my personal laptop and on my schools cpu with not avail. is their a way to get them sinked up.
