Hello

I am trying to verify my student license and I have reached the maximum number of attempts to submit supporting documentation. And it happened after changing the account name twice (as it was my initials) without clearing my browser's history and catch. I contacted SheerID regarding this and received the following:

"Thank you for reaching out to SheerID about your verification for Autodesk. I understand that you're having trouble getting verified. I would be happy to assist you.

I can see that your request has been denied because the name on the form is ____ _____, but your document showed your name as ____ ____ _____. Since SheerID must verify information as accurately as possible, we cannot approve a request if the name is not an exact match.

To change your name on the verification form, please follow the exact steps below:

1. Clear your browser's history and cache
2. Go to Autodesk website: https://profile.autodesk.com/personalinfo
3. Sign In using your Autodesk credentials
4. Change the name on your account to match your documentation
5. Click Save and sign out of your Autodesk account

Make sure to clear your browser's history and cache before signing in again to fill out your verification form. Please be sure to manually enter the updated name on the verification form as well.

If you upload a document but the request still gets rejected for a mismatched name, you'll need to contact Autodesk so that they can reset your educational profile before proceeding with verification.

Autodesk can be reached by filling out the contact form on this link: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form."

I tried to reach support through the website as from what I understand my profile needs to be reset, but I didn't hear back from them.

Hi @abdomari77,

Education support is quicker to reach via: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support

Use the education and trial support category and follow the relevant steps until you are asked to create a case.

In this case you can state what you have listed here and they should be able to get everything set for verification.
