Fusion 360 Splash Screen Stays At Software

Hello there,

When we want to open the Fusion 360 program, the opening screen comes up and this screen and the text remain constant even if the program is opened. I can open files but it doesn't appear on the main screen and the startup screen just stays. I share the photos in the attachment too:

I changed it to DirectX 9 or 11 in the settings but nothing changed, I also did the video card updates, but nothing changed, unfortunately.

It's still likely graphics dependent but might be more tuning on the graphics side. Can you upload a screenshot of graphics diagnostics in Fusion?

Notebook has an onboard shared display card.  And we were using fusion nearly for 6 months without problem.

Can you try switching it to DX11? IF that does not work, try the solution found here:
