Fusion 360 Shows Expired but web account shows active until December 2021. How can I get my online account synced with Fusion 360 login so I can use my student account?

Follow the process outlined in the web article and see if it will fix your issue.

We have tried the process of deleting the LoginState.xml file after closing Fusion 360 as outlined in the web link you gave, and it unfortunately did not work. We still see the same yellow expired message.

What other methods should we try?

Hi @Anonymous-

Thanks for posting. You'll need to click "Get product" -> "ACCESS" on the Fusion 360 product card in the Get Products page of our Education Community in order to activate your educational license:

You may need to sign out then sign back in to Fusion 360 after you do this.

Hope this helps!

Same. Tech here at Everett sd. We are having multiple students (more than 30 atm) across the district with the same issue. Website shows we have fusion license but the chrome web app says they are expiring. Not to mention some kids and staff getting booted out mid session or cant get in at all to the web app. (Tested from home and on site with different Chromebook, pcs (chrome browser) same effect). Is there an official statement about these issues anywhere?  Were currently switching the kids to tinker cad begrudgingly just to keep the classes moving.  Our best guess is somethings not communicating on the chrome web app virtual machines to the license server, and the second one (the getting booted) I think its just allocation issues. Assuming lots of people logging in and fighting for resources to sign in with Chromebooks right now.

Hi @KhendricksonDJFWU-

Sorry for the difficulty with your students getting access to Fusion 360. Per my earlier reply above, have your students clicked "Get products" -> ACCESS on the Fusion 360 product card?

Even if they're logging in to Fusion 360 Online, they'll still need to ensure they activate their educational entitlement via that click first.

On the getting booted issue, I'll share this feedback with the Fusion 360 product team.

Regards,

Gabe

Hi again, @KhendricksonDJFWU-

Re: students being booted from Fusion Online, I checked with the Fusion product team and we're not aware of any capacity issues this week. If you want to direct message me the email addresses of some students who experienced this, along with approximate date/times when the issue occurred, we can take a closer look to try to figure out what's going on there.

Thanks,

Gabe
