Fusion 360 shows as basic but have verified student account multiple times

I have an educational account, but I'm unable to access the features of Fusion 360 and Fusion Team; my account displays as "basic". I have attempted many solutions.

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the app on various devices, both Mac and Windows.
  • Verified my student status multiple times.
  • Deleted and set up my student account again.

Online, my account indicates an active student subscription, valid until October 13, 2024. However, within both Fusion 360 and Fusion Team, I'm restricted to basic access. Attached are screenshots.
