Fusion 360 saying not responding and then crashes

Every time I open Fusion 360, within 10 - 20 seconds the error report dialog comes up, but it's strange that although the error report dialog is displayed, I am still able to use Fusion 360, but only for 5 - 10 minutes and then Fusion 360 says not responding for 2 - 3 minutes and then seems to work OK and then Fusion 360 says not responding for another 2 - 3 minutes, it goes on for about quarter of an hour like this and then the Fusion 360 window crashes. The  error report dialog stays up, from when it came up 10 - 20 seconds after Fusion 360 had finished opening.

I have tried quite a few different files and it happens on all of them, so it's not just one corrupted file that's causing the issue.

I've updated the graphic drivers and done a clean uninstall of Fusion 360 and it still happens.

The number of the error report that I did from the error report dialog is: 310663469

The graphics diagnostic:

Hey bevis.hobbs21,

I'd recommend trying a clean uninstall / reinstall. This often fixes problems like the one you're experiencing. How to perform an automatic clean uninstall of Autodesk ...

I have done another clean uninstall of Fusion 360 and I noticed that even after doing the clean uninstall of Fusion 360 from this link there were still some files in the Autodesk folder in: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Autodesk

So I deleted all those files, restarted my laptop a couple of times and then installed Fusion 360 again but Fusion 360 still keeps freezing and crashing.

I also tried Fusion 360 on the web: https://fusion.online.autodesk.com/webapp?submit_button=Submit, but the exact same problem happened on there as well, which makes me think it could be something to do with my laptop's drivers, but they are all up to date.

I've also tried creating a new windows account and installing Fusion 360 on there, but the same problem happens.

I also tried opening Fusion 360 in safe mode and running as administrator and again the same problem happens.
