Fusion 360 resolution compatibility for CREO Elements Direct

An international customer has asked if Fusion 360 (the current CAD package I use) is able to export part files with a "resolution" (I think he meant "tolerance") that users of CREO Elements Direct can use. The specified parameter provided is: 10(-6). Or, 10 (to the power of -6). Can someone advise if this is a so called "resolution"/tolerance that Fusion 360 can accomodate perhaps in settings? If so, might there be a reference somewhere I can point to?
