Fusion 360 refuses to install

I have tried and tried and tried to install Fusion360 education on my Windows 7 desktop but it refuses.  It tells me it can't find the path.  When I try to uninstall I do not find the application in programs.  When I look at the install path no path exists.  When I look at the registry all I find is the Fusion key in HKLM and have deleted it but the error persists.  The install log of the last attempt is attached.

This definitely sounds as if you do not have full administrator rights to your workstation.  Make sure you are logging in to the OS using a "full" administrator account.

This is a personal workstation.  I even do the install with right click (Windows 7) and install as administrator.  I did not see anything in the error log indicating it lacked install privileges, in fact I did not understand why it could not find the files that it listed as I would have thought they would have been in the installer.
