Fusion 360 performances issue

Hello,
I'm new to Fusion, and I'm starting to learn it.
I'm having bad performances issue, I've saw many threads about this problem, but taking a look to them, iI've saw a lot of different solutions, but no one good for me.
The program often take a long time to make different operations, when try to extrude, move a sketch, move a body, and so on. Sometimes, for example, is impossible to move something, because it take 2 or 3 seconds from moving the mouse and the move of the object. Opening a file is slow too, only for updating the panel with the projects take few minutes.

I don't think the hardware is the problem, my pc isn't the last model, but it has enought power, I've got a Dell T3600 xeon E5-2680 8 core cpu, 32 Gb ram, quadro K2000 gpu, all drivers updated, I set all graphics parameters in Fusion to minimun, disabled the online auto save (as indicated in some threads ) , use the DX 11 fully supported by the gpu, but nothing.
The draw is not so complex, and other  3d programs, with more and more complex draws have no issue.
I tryed to reinstall fusion, removing all datas (in appdata e programdata folders) before reinstalling, but no results.
I'm using the personal version, and I'm thinking to pass to the commercial version, but if this are the performances I could decide to try something different.
this is an example of the draw, and there're some surfaces imported from a dxf file only for guide, always hidden and with no references t the draw.

sometimes it takes all the cpu power, for simple operation like extrude a face:

Someone have some ideas about this problem?
regards

Roberto

Hi,

From the screenshot I can make assumptions, e.g. that the sketches are the cause of the problem.
But for a useful statement you have to share the file*.

Thank for your quicky reply Gunther,
I'll upload the file, but first i have to remove some canvass jpg blueprints i scanned from some books i own and use for guide, for copyrights issue 😉 ).
Anyway i don't think it's a file issue, i tryed to load the file on my laptop, an i5 vpro 4 core with 8GB ram and the integrated Intel HD gpu, only for test, and with all the limitation of the machine (it's an office computer, not workstation 😉 ) the perfomance problems are not present. Obviously the performances are poor, due the machine power, but no lags and no cpu to 100% when extruding a face, for example (i made the same operation on the same face on the two computers).
I seems there's an hardware incompatibility, or some driver issue on my workstation. I'm considering to upgrade my entry level K2000 graphic card to a quadro K5000 or K5200, i can find refurbished at a resonable price.
Consider i'm used to draw with other 3d programs, and very complex files doesn't have this problems:
this is a project on another program, and as you can see is more complex, but no performances issue there:
