Fusion 360 Performance Need Some Modern Optimizations

I have been using Fusion 360 for my hobbies, mostly to create the files for my CNC. It's frustrating that such an awesome software only use 1 core!!! I built a PC with a 5900x cpu with 12 cores 24 threads, a RTX 3080 and 32 GB ram and Fusion cant even open a file with some simple models. It takes ages! When you see task manager you will see only one core being used (yes, I turned on the option to use the entire 24 threads, it would only work for so few operations that it will not even make a significant difference).

I would like to know if the paid version have the feature to use all cores.

No.  There are no performance differences between any of the license options.  As far as using one core:  Many of the geometric algorithms for solid modeling have existed for 30+ years, well before multi-core machines existed.  These algorithms are inherently single threaded.  All CAD software that I am aware of has this same limitation.

Some aspects of Fusion are multithreaded - faceting, some CAM operations, some SIM operations all use multiple cores/threads.
