Fusion 360 - Panning stops working after opening a drawing

Issue

  1. As soon as I open a drawing, I cannot pan anymore with my MacBook Pro's trackpad.

How to reproduce

  1. Open a design.
  2. Pan, tilt and zoom with the trackpad: ok.
  3. Open a drawing.
  4. Go back to the design: panning, tilting and zooming with the trackpad does not have any effect.
  5. The only fix I have found is to quit Fusion 360 and only open designs, NO drawings.

Notes

  1. This does not happen with an external mouse, e.g., Logitech Performance MX.
  2. Opening several designs does not cause the issue, only drawings.

Hi @tom7UBLC

Could you try enabling this:

Hi,

Thanks for offering that fix. Unfortunately, this was already enabled. I tried to disable it and my whole screen went white. I was able to get my design to reappear by clicking home, however, even disabling and re-enabling native trackpad still didn't allow me to pan.

Cheers,

Tom

Okay, can you try one more thing?

Preferences > General > Pan, Zoom, Orbit shortcuts > Tinkercad

If this does not solve the issue, please set it back to F360.
