Fusion 360 paid version details

Hello, 

I am going to purchase a 1 year paid subscription of Fusion 360. I saw on website they are selling extensions separately. I actually wanted to know what is included in paid subscription and do i need to purchase extensions after paying the subscription fees for using all features.
