Hello, I have just downloaded Fusion 360, and when I open the Client Downloader, it tries to open Fusion 360. It then says Server problem and I'm not sure what to do. I've already deleted the file and re-downloaded it. Is there anything else I should try or should I try making a new account maybe? Screenshot (26).png

Hi,

Thanks for posting this. I'm glad to help.

The message is related to network settings. Firewall, or SSL certificate problems, or even browser cache can produce this.

First, are you using Win 10? I ask because Win 7 is not supported and you could get the same result using it.

This post has the most clear solution, although it's based on the user comments. They do give a good checklist to try. Let me know if you have questions or need help with this.
