Fusion 360 offline?

Hi there, I'm having a problem with Fusion360 not thinking I am online, yet I am able to upload files to my cloud through Fusion360 - it just keeps telling me I am offline.

I have tried rebooting, deleting login state, re-installing the software entirely to no avail. Servers are showing as online with no problems. I have also tried using WiFi instead of Local internet, but still no joy - obviously everything else works fine, and my internet connection is nice and strong.

Untitled-1.jpgI am running on Windows 10 64-bit.

Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated!!

Many thanks,

I have been having the same issue. I click the slider, it goes green (online) and in a few minutes it's off again.

Hi @ben_freer

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that Fusion seems to be stuck offline.

I had a look through your log files and they appear to be clean - there are very few errors occurring. There also have been no issues reported at the Autodesk Health Dashboard today, so Fusion should be running properly and allowed to access the internet.

To continue troubleshooting, I would recommend working through the instructions in this article. The procedures linked and shown there should help you ensure that your internet connection is set up properly for use with Fusion and that no browser cache problems are the cause of this issue.

Please let me know if you continue to experience problems - I am happy to help!

Sorry for taking to long to get back to you about this, I did not have my work computer at home.

I'm not sure what fixed the issue, but I worked through your list and Fusion360 stopped working entirely, after which I did the second thing in the list you linked. So then I decided to uninstall and start again. I re-installed and now we are back on!

Thank you for your help - so to confirm, I think deleting the browser cache was the solution, though like I say, I did a couple of things off that list and it worked - so anyone else with this problem, work through the list and see where you get to!

Thanks again, because of you I am back up and running.

Kind regards
