Fusion 360 not working anymore (Start failed)

Dear Support Team,

 

I kindly ask some help about fusion 360.

 

I am using it on dell latitude e6430, 16GB Ram, Nvidia NVS5200M, 240GB SSD, Windows 10.

 

I downloaded all updates of windows and the video driver is the latest version downloaded from nvidia.

 

My problem is, the fusion not starts, fusionlauncher and fusion360.exe are visible in running tasks, only fusion360.exe consumes cpu.

 

The fusion logo and fusion GUI is not visible.

 

What causes the problem?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I'm sorry to hear that's happening! I found the error "WinError 10060" in your log file - this usually indicates a problem with the antivirus. Can you please follow the steps in this article to make sure there are exceptions set for Fusion 360 and try again?
