fusion 360 not updating error

My work computers fusion 360 isn't updating and says to check the log and contact support.  Any ideas what's going on with it? Thanks!

Try below steps and see if it fixes the problem

1. Cleanly uninstall Fusion 360 (link for the uninstaller tool).
2. Disable anti-virus software.
3. Download the Fusion 360 installer here
4. Right click and run the Fusion 360 installer as administrator.
5. Turn your anti-virus back on once Fusion 360 has reinstalled.
