Fusion 360 Not Starting

I've used Fusion 360 for over a year now with minimal issues until today. When I was viewing a .dxf file, fusion crashed and would not start up again, so I went through fusion's troubleshooter and chose to do a clean reinstall. I downloaded Fusion's clean uninstall tool and the tool removes Fusion 360. However, when it does this it says fusion 360 was removed with some errors. After that, I deleted the autodesk folder in the %appdata% folder then reinstalled Fusion 360. After when I try to launch Fusion, I still have the same issue. I have updated my computer to the latest version of windows 10, restarted my computer multiple times, and run the program as administrator and theres no change. Whenever I try to Launch fusion 360, all I see is this black screen-

Any help on this issue would be appreciated, I have some time sensitive work I need to get to. I also have attached the log files.

Ok so I found a solution that works using the solution in this post-

This solution works even though we are having different issues. I'm leaving this post up just in case anyone else has the same issue as I did.

For me Fusion 360 would not run when I tried to start it up, so first I went through their troubleshooting guide-
