Fusion 360 not starting up

Hello Autodesk team,

Need your urgent support

WHenever  I launch Fusion 360 . It doesnt start 

It appears in the Taskbar but  there is no window. 

 

I have tried re-installing the app but it doesnt work .

THis started happening just yesterday. I was using the app flawlessly before.

You will need to post your Fusion 360 log files to help get the ball rolling on trying to solve your issue.  Use this article to collect and attach your log files.  In the article it tells you how to collect these even if Fusion 360 does not run.

Hi @mufadal89 

Could you try with run "Reset Fusion 360" from Fusion Service Utility then launch Fusion 360 again?

Thank you for the reply and concern. 

I did a clean un install as shown in the Autodesk article and it worked.

 

Its working now. 🙂
