Fusion 360 not launching

Ive been trying to get into my fusion 360 and it just wont open . Anyone else getting the same issue? theres no issue witth my pc and ive restarted , reinstalled multiple times.

@jeet.kanaskar Can you give us the logs please? 

1. Go to add/remove program

2. Select Fusion - Modify

This will launch the service utility 
3. Run the "Gather system info"
4. This will generate two zip files

Will need the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip

@jeet.kanaskar Couple of other things to try:

1. Are you connected to multiple monitors? If so can you disconnect them and try? 
2. If you switch to a different network (say your mobile hotspot) is the launch successful then?

yes i am , i am on an ethernet but im now in , thank you , i reinstalled graphics driver and restarted it opened .
