Fusion 360 not installing

An older version of 360 That has worked on this machine would no longer launch so I uninstalled it and downloaded the latest version.  This will not install, an SSL error, log attached.  Can anyone help?

This is caused by a network connectivity issue.  Often switching to a network cable rather than using Wi-Fi will solve this issue during installation.  This article mentions this.

Thank you for sharing install log file. If you still experienced installation error even with improved network environment, please try install after remove folder %localappdat%\autodesk\webdeploy
