Fusion 360 No internet connection on windows 7

Hi everyone,

I use fusion 360 ( personal use lic ) on my personal laptop windows 7 - 64

it was working fine but today I faced a problem of offline mode ( No internet connection ) despite that every thing is OK on my laptop and internet connection is OK and I tried to switch offline / online several times to activate it but without success 

I worked on it on offline mode but when I tried to save my object as stl file for 3d printing it gave me error ( need cloud processing ) to perform the file format processing

You might try to find the problem by running the Fusion 360 Service Utility and selecting Network Diagnostic Test.  I do not think you will be getting much support from Autodesk since Windows 7 is not a supported operating system for Fusion 360.

@mmtronic2 Can you please check again? This is a security update that will not be supported by older OS but we had to revery back so that some of the supported Win 8.1 can work. This will not be working for long though. Sometime next year we will need to update to support mo

I launched Fusion 360 now and it works and back to online state

Thanks for your reply but the utility tool was not appearing in the application
