Fusion 360 network diagnostic shows having connectivity issues

So I recently have been using fusion 360 but then one day when I tried to open it, it asked me to login so I clicked the sign in button and it said that it would sign me in but nothing happened I looked up the issue and they said to change your default browser so I changed that (didn't help) then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling also didn't work then final I took a network diagnostic test and I think that's the problem I just don't know how to fix it. I inserted two pictures below of the error i'm getting.

@jgre2802 Ok. This is certainly tied to the browser access. So when you made Firefox your default browser and then followed the article to search for the applications, you mentioned that Autodesk Identity was not part of it.

So there is one another one that we can try but before that when you go into task manager do you see Autodesk Identity running?

if you dont then lets do this:

1. Make sure Fusion is not running in task manager
2. Follow this article and it ill tell you how to download and install Autodesk Identity manager for windows
3. Once this is installed try to launch Fusion
4. If it does not work:
5. Now make Firefox the default and set the application (hopefully now you can see Identity manager to make it default per the other article I attached before).

If all this works then we know we have to do the same for Chrome and go back to making chrome your default browser.

I also wanted to thank you for all of your help in trying to assist me in figuring this situation out so THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Your time is much appreciated.
