Fusion 360 Missing Sculpt Mode

So I have been promising a friend for a while that I would design and 3D print them a clone helmet from star wars. I have been looking into tutorials online on how to make a helmet and I seem to be missing Sculpt Mode. I looked at several forums about this and almost all of them say to enable "Do not capture Design History" so I tried but it is grayed out. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help?

Can you elaborate on how you created the screenshots you posted ?

Both of them show that you have started a new form, meaning you have happily entered into sculpt/form/T-Spline mode and now can use all the form tools!

It is not necessary to disable the timeline for this nor has it ever been necessary!

@TrippyLighting There are people out there that will just tell someone to turn the timeline off to get that function or to do this or that it is a right pain.

Are these tutorials very old tutorials?

Can you find a newer source of information on using Fusion 360?
