Hi,

At "Flat" I was in the sheet metal tools and not at "Nesting" in the manufacture area.
I think you are better advised here

As I mentioned in my Screencast, the model that you posted was empty.  If you want to repost it, I will be glad to look at it.  In the meantime, I create a model that is like yours, size may be different to demonstrate.  I feel your issue is probably due to the fact you have multiple manufacturing edits and they may be interfering.  Also, I would suggest you create your arranging sketch in your design environment, it makes it a lot smoother.  My Model is attached for you to look at if you desire.  If you want to edit the arrangement, right click and select Edit Manufacturing Model
