It seems to be an issue specific to Fusion 360 set to DirectX 9. While we address this, you may be able to work around it by forcing Fusion 360 to another graphics API.
For DirectX 11, you can find this in the dropdown under Preferences > General > Graphics Driver.
If Fusion was set to Auto-select, it may be that DirectX 11 is not compatible for some reason, in which case you can force OpenGL using an environment variable:
- Right-click on My Computer/This PC on the Desktop or in the Start Menu and select “Properties”
- In the left column of the System window that appears, select “Advanced System Settings”
- Within the System Properties window that appears, click “Environment Variables” in the bottom right
- Within Environment Variables, click “New…” under the System Variables section
- For Variable Name, enter NEUTRON_GRAPHICS_API
- For Variable Value, enter GLCORE
- Click OK to save the new variable
- Launch Fusion 360
Enabling OpenGL rendering in Fusion 360
Please let me know if this gets you moving again.
