Fusion 360 launches slowly unless i'm using a VPN

Hello,

for the past couple of months Fusion 360 has been launching very slowly (10+ minutes) unless I use a VPN, in which case it launches instantly.

The location I tunnel to doesn't matter, launching is faster when I connect to Japan, Netherlands or the UK so it's safe to assume it's not location dependent (I live in Israel).

About once a month Fusion manages to launch properly without a VPN activated, but it goes back to normal by the next launch.

I have tried disabling my firewall, antivirus and a lot of things recommended here. 

Does anyone know how to solve this?

You did not mention your operating system.  If you are running a local Proxy address, the VPN bypasses this and may be the reason.  Also a VPN uses the IP address of its servers which may not be as restricted as your local network.  Check you Firewall settings and see it they are configures for Fusion 360.  This article may help.

I'm on Windows 10 pro. Not using a proxy server and my firewall is properly configured for Fusion 360.
