Fusion 360 is unable to open " ". It may not have been synced correctly.

I have a number of files that are having issues opening. It causes my Fusion 360 desktop app to freeze. My Fusion is up to date, so I am not sure what is causing this issue.

Please see attached log file from the most recent error.

@samuel_wing The logs shows that you are on a 2023 version of Fusion and its likely your files that you cannot open was either saved by collaborators in a new version or if you use multiple machines your new machine has newer version. Once saved in a new version you cannot open it up in the older version. 

2.0.21538 is our newest version. Please do the following:

1. In Fusion go to help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility 

2. Now run the repair Fusion

 

This will take you to the latest build.
