Fusion 360 is unable to open (File name). It may have not been synced Correctly.

I have restarted several time. 

I don't have any pending updates under the clock icon. 

 

When I first opened it today, Fusion asked if I wanted to update the 'electronics library'... I said 'No'. and now just this one file won't open.

Active Plan: Personal
Windows 10 Pro 22H2 (19045.3693)

Repair wasn't an  option for me, but I was able to run a full uninstall and reinstall. That worked. You might add to your fix description that if Repair isn't an option or doesn't resolve the issue, then fully uninstall, and reinstall.
