Fusion 360, hangs when opening file

Whenever I attempt to open a file from my computer it doesn't show a file directory, it instead causes the browser to turn black and the application hangs, the only way to get out is to use Task Manager and end task. Furthermore if I go to Help > Support and Diagnostics > Diagnostic Log Files it also makes the browser go black and hangs.

Also, when I open Help > Support and Diagnostics > Get Support, it crashes and displays a green loading at the bottom that seemingly doesnt end (see screenshot).

Sorry for the trouble you are facing, I have few queries for you.

1. Are you able to get the Diagnostics log files?
2. If yes can you please attach here?
3. As you mentioned Fusion crashed, are you getting the CER dialog?
4. If yes can you please send the CER report number after sending the CER report?

Also I would recommend you to try the clean uninstall and see if this solves your issue.
