Fusion 360 generates 0kb STL files

I tried to save an STL from Fusion in order to print. When windows/any other 3d software couldnt open the stl, i checked the size - 0kb. I thought it was my original fusion file, so i started a new one, simply made a sphere, and tried to save an stl, but ran into the same issue. does anyone have any solutions?

Thank you for replying, but what you describe in the video is what i already did. As i stated in the original post, i saved it as an STL already. that isnt the problem. the problem is that it is saving as 0kb and therefore unreadable.

can you record a screencast that shows the problem, and we can take a look at it?  It's hard to say from that description.  Are you creating a solid sphere?  What settings are you using in the export command?  Does the preview look correct?
