Fusion 360 Frozen on Startup

Fusion refuses to start.

I have tried everything, deleting the login files, then uninstalling and reinstalling, I have restarted my computer, reinstalled Visual Studio, I've looked through every forum and nothing has worked.

I would really appreciate any help because I really like Fusion and I'm in the middle of a personal project that is very important to me and I am not able to work on it because Fusion will not start.

All of a sudden it is working. I've been at this for the better part of the evening. Thanks Fusion.
