Fusion 360 Freezing and Lagging Very Bad

When using the software it constantly freezes and lags. It did't do this the first few months I had it. I really like software and am strongly considering an annual subscription but this is killing it for me. Not to mention, there is no way to contact customer support since I am not a customer yet as I am using the trial version. I get it, I'm not paying for it at the moment but shouldn't I at least be able to ask Autodesk what the problem is? I just want to purchase a subscription that I know will not be problematic, not off to a good start.

does it do this on every design, or only on some?  Do you see the "freezing and lagging" on a simple design?  What is in your design, and can you share one here?  Do you use large sketch patterns in your designs, or import complex SVGs?  We can't really help without some more information...

It seems to have nothing to do with the design. I haven't really drawn up any complex designs, certainly nothing that even approaches the full capabilities of the software. It happens with blank sketches, very simple designs, saving/opening designs, accessing the data panel...etc. Sometimes the browser tree turns black for a few seconds. Sometimes everything works just fine too. I really don't think it has anything to do with my actual designs, I'm pretty sure it's this cloud nonsense. I would've attached one of my designs here (a rectangle with 4 holes) but I get the "Failed to download file" Fusion Team Error Message when trying to export the file. The cloud...

@Anonymous  None of the Fusion modeling activity uses the cloud. One way to eliminate your internet speed as a problem is to run Fusion in offline mode. Click on the little clock icon in the top bar and switch to offline mode. Try the same workflows you are seeing problems with. Do you see the same laggy behavior after that?

Another problem could be graphics related. Can you go to the ?Help menu > Support and Diagnostics > Graphics Diagnostic, copy the information and paste it here for me?

If after all that, you continue to see an issue, also collect the diagnostic log files from that same menu location. They might tell us more about the time Fusion is taking to talk with the servers.

This report is nearly two years old. You might have a different problem. Can you please explain what's happening for you?

fusion 360 has started to lockup when I save files and the "BROWSER" window goes black when I save a file. I don't know if it is related but this problem started after I used Sketch/CREATE/"Project/Include"/Project.  I have removed the file I was working on when the problem started and the problem remains.

@Anonymous I would suggest you try @Phil.E 's suggestion on offline mode and see whether it behaves differently.

Thanks for the reminder @raymondxu to try offline mode.

Also @craig.marshall5YBBL since you mentioned being a paying customer, I'm sure you realize this, but friendly reminder you can contact product support.
