Hello @tony_fortunato1 ,

Based on the log file that is attached.

The issue is related to permission, could you please follow below article and see if the problem gets fixed?

"Problem installing Fusion. [Errno 13] Permission denied" when installing Fusion

Hi there, I have tried all of the recommended fixes, but fusion still doesn't finish loading and stops responding. The task manager crashes and I have to power off. I have uninstalled the antivirus software, for the moment.  I have remove the latest windows update. I have tried many attempts to uninstalled /install fusion.

Hi @tony_fortunato1 ,

i see a problem in the attahced log file xerces-ad-c_3.dll is in use

Do you have other autodesk applications in use? if yes

  • Close all Autodesk applications: The file may be locked by another running process. Ensure all related software, including background services, are closed via the Task Manager.
  • Restart your computer: A simple restart can often clear the lock on the file.
  • Use the Fusion Service Utility:
    1. Go to the Windows Start menu and type "Add or remove programs".
    2. Find Fusion 360, rightclick and select Modify.
    3. This will launch the service utility; run the Repair function from there.
  • If not installed, do a fresh installation

See if this solution works
