Fusion 360 freezes up when trying to login and shows an error

Hi, I am having an issue with getting into Fusion 360. Whenever I open it up, it takes me to the page shown below.

Then, when I click the sign in button, an error takes up the screen, as you can see in the following screenshot.

This is the only information it gives me, and both fusion and the error message freeze. I have to close it with the task manager. I have tried reinstalling fusion multiple times, as well as updating and restarting my computer. How do I fix this? HEEELLPPPPP

Can you try below steps to regain access to Fusion.

• Repair Fusion using the Service Utility. See 
  • Overview of Repair Fusion Command from Fusion Service Utility.
• If the repair does not work, try uninstalling Fusion and reinstalling it using the latest installer from manage.autodesk.com
• Configure antivirus software for Fusion as described here: 
  • Configuring anti-virus software for use with Fusion.
• If the Service Utility fails to start, and it does not recover even after restarting the PC, try performing a manual clean uninstall of Fusion and then reinstalling the program. See 
  • How to do a manual uninstall of Autodesk Fusion.

Let me know if any of the solution works.

Hi, 

I did try everything listed here except for configuring the antivirus software. None of it worked. I did fix the issue by fully washing the computer. Luckily - it was a new computer so I did not loose much. I think the issue was with a missing or extra file somewhere - the problem is it did not tell me where. I tried fixing by reinstalling Fusion a few times after checking for and deleting cache files. This did not work. Then I thought it may be an issue with my browser - so I reinstalled that - which also did not work. It could have also been something with the OS because reinstalling it from scratch worked.
