Fusion 360 freezes at start-up - does not open - start image sits there forever

When starting up I get the start-up immage box and then nothing happens. The image stays there and fusion 360 doesnt open even after waiting for a very long time. I tried re opening re starting re installing and cleaning,... and everything else I could find online...

Not sure if this will help you, but in the past when this has happened to me, I have used a *.f3d file and double clicked it to start fusion.
