Fusion 360 (for Windows) Gallery and moving things around?

I want to find out if there are any steps to using the regular Autodesk Gallery.

Because I never done any BMI or Project research for Autodesk. I know there is a way to control groups and projects and all the shared media with Packed software. But, I don't have it any way. And I just can't seem to be able to add the .F3D file to my Gallery Project. I have trouble adding the attached files. Since around March. Questions. The files are not that big.

Do I need an application to upload to gallery?

Is there a subscription for the gallery that may be preventing me from using it?

Is there a problem using the Autodesk gallery online in web-browser?

Yes, that's the website I try to use.

Well I got a little bit further with the project as of today.

Obviously I don't want to waste anyone's time.

I was able to get the 3D model to the project build.

Let's just say that's the problem. First time.

@CGBenner Am I at war with the autodesk team and am I supposed to beg for the other model? Or, should uploading to the gallery be enough?

@CGBenner Well, I have other option than close the case. But, I just want to case the call. What happened? The CAD is a booming business. It can't be so difficult to maintain a great digital appearance. All the BIM favorites and technological videos.
