Hi @ballnr

Thanks for posting! Because Fusion 360 installs to a specific Windows User Account, you cannot use one installation of Fusion 360 on the administrator login to run Fusion on the other Windows accounts. You can, however, simply install Fusion 360 within the other Windows accounts and then sign into Fusion in those profiles with any Autodesk account.

To clarify - this means you will need to perform a separate installation of Fusion 360 in each Windows User Account that you would like to be able to use Fusion in.

Please let me know if you have any questions - I am happy to help!

Hi @ballnr

Thanks for the response! The default Fusion 360 installation goes to you C:/Users/USERNAME... folder, so to install Fusion on a user profile you simply need to install the from the link here. To install Fusion on multiple profiles, you will need to repeat this process within each Windows profile.

I believe that using the Lab Install Procedure may allow you to install Fusion offline and may work to install Fusion to each Windows user account. I would recommend having a look at this forum thread as well, which contains some information on an offline installer for Fusion 360. As the Lab Install process does require you to manually update Fusion 360 and use a non-standard activation process, I suggest that you post any questions about it in the Installation and Activation forums

Hi @ballnr

Because the offline (or Lab) install requires updates to Fusion to be performed manually, I would not recommend it for a commercial user. The lab install version sometimes has different issues than the main build of Fusion as well, so it may be easier to find help/get support with the normal installation. However, you are free to use the lab install if it will better meet your needs! If you come across any difficulties, I would recommend posting in the Installation forum linked in my previous post to get in direct contact with our installation team.
