hello I'm new in fusion 360 I have a problem when I'm using extrude to object  I get this massage

Cannot extend extrusion to object. The extrusion profile falls outside the boundary of the selected body. Select a face or plane instead, or adjust the profile so that it falls inside the boundary of the selected body

how I can fix it

can you share your model here?  And a screencast of what you are doing?  Without that, it is very difficult to tell what is going on.  Most likely, changing the "extend" setting may help:

You are misunderstanding what @jeff_strater requested.  You need to share the actual model with the forum community by attaching it to your forum post.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

@Anonymous - what are you trying to achieve here?  Are you just trying to hollow out the part of the design in red?  In addition to the model, we need to understand what your desired result is, because there may be better ways to achieve it.
