Hi,

If you open the PDF in a PDF reader, do you see the text? If that is YES, then perhaps Illustrator is not looking at the right list of fonts on your computer?

I have no problem opening it in Acrobat PDF reader. It is only illustrator that has the problem. I don't see why illustrator would have that problem? any solution?

I am not sure, but here are a couple ideas.

Illustrator uses layers. Make sure they are all visible.

Other posts I see when googling this phrase "pdf text disappears illustrator" indicate some other intricacies in PDF/Illustrator regarding fonts and printing, or layer colors (white on white), etc. There may be something there.

Also, ensure Illustrator can see/use those fonts. What font is it in Fusion? Try to make a text object with that font in Illustrator. Is it on the list of available fonts?

Thanks, please let me know what you find, I'm glad to help - but there isn't much I can do for Illustrator questions, I don't even have a copy of it to test.
