Fusion 360 Expired Even after education account renewal

Good evening,

I renewed my educational license and received an email from Autodesk letting me know that it had been successfully renewed for another year. However my Fusion 360 has a message that reads "Expired: Subscribe Now" (see attached.)

I am able to access all my files and projects but they are all read-only. the save button is disabled.

I have logged off and logged back in and the issue remains.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I received my renewal acknowledgement email on 11/21/2020 at 12 noon.

I've been checking my Fusion 360 status every day. Last time was just about 5 minutes ago. the expired message remains.

Thank you for your help!

You have not said what your operating system is but if it is Windows please try what the following screen capture is suggesting.  Two things I think you should know, this is a hidden file so you will have to turn on the visibility in Windows Explorer and two, AND THIS IS IMPORTANT, I think you should save the file first, to another safe folder, before deleting it just in case you would like to return it to the original state.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it did not work.

I closed Fusion, then went to the folder:

%localappdata%\Autodesk\Web Services

and moved the file LoginState.xml to my desktop. I then restarted the program and logged back in. However, the error remained.

I am running Fusion 360 ver 2.0.9313 on a Windows 10 desktop.
